It represents the belief that genuine joy and heartfelt emotions are the true treasures of any photograph. Whether it's the laughter of a family, the romance of a couple, or the innocence of a child, I strive to capture these moments in a way that speaks to the heart. Even in the world of real estate photography, I seek to showcase properties with the same passion and attention to detail. Every home has a story, and through my lens, I aim to tell that story by highlighting the unique features and character that make each property special.

A little about me

The visual arts have always served as a very important part of my life. I feel incredibly blessed to have a career I absolutely adore, by working professionally in the arts for over 20 years. My undergraduate degree is in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design, where I took a number of courses in photography. 

After working in the professional world for a number of years and wanting to dive more into multimedia, I continued my education and earned my graduate degree in Arts Technology. As part of my daytime job, I work in the Marketing Department at my organization, which includes involvement in our photography efforts.

I've always loved photography, but it catapulted to new heights after becoming a parent. I always have my camera at arms reach, as you never know when "that moment" will happen in the house. My husband and daughters have gotten use to me saying, “Wait, let me grab my camera!” Our poor dog is not immune either...lol!

When I’m not photographing my family, you can find me crawling around in our backyard on any given day trying to get that “killer” shot of a dragon fly, bee or some critter that can’t be identified (be sure and check out the critter link). Photography has really given me a new perspective of life of all kinds! 

I genuinely believe that every photograph is an opportunity to create something beautiful and meaningful. With my foundation in the fine arts and graphic design, I will compose and edit the photos I have taken with an artistic flare.
